Complaints Procedure

I am committed to providing a professional, ethical, and high-quality service. If at any stage you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, I encourage you to raise this as soon as possible so that concerns can be explored and resolved where appropriate.

Informal Resolution

Where possible, concerns should initially be discussed directly with me. Many difficulties can be resolved quickly through open communication.

Formal Complaint

If you feel your concerns have not been adequately addressed, you may submit a formal complaint in writing.

Complaints should include:

  • Your name

  • Details of the concern

  • Relevant dates where possible

  • Desired outcome

A written acknowledgement will usually be provided within 10 working days.

As a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I work in accordance with BABCP professional standards and ethical frameworks.
